We work with artists and manufacturers worldwide. That’s why delivery times vary by product and destination—also why we can offer great pricing.

Please Note
- The above time frames apply to US orders with standard shipping.
- Orders to Puerto Rico, Guam, Hawaii may take +7–10 additional days.
- Delivery to military regions is currently limited.
- The majority of orders ship within the stated time frames; however, these are approximate and can vary by case.
- International orders: Customs clearance may add days. We have no influence over customs processing.
- Large items (Canvas, Poster) cannot ship to PO Boxes and may ship separately. Free shipping policies do not apply to these cases.
- When your order ships, you will receive a tracking link via email.
Order Tracking
You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. Please allow 5–7 days for the carrier to scan your package into their system. If no tracking shows initially, it means the carrier has not processed the parcel yet. If it is past your estimated arrival date, please contact us for assistance.
Order Cut-Off Time
Orders placed before 2:00 PM (GMT) will be processed on the same business day. Orders placed after that time will be processed on the next business day.
Damaged Products
If your product arrives damaged, please contact us at support@lovscape.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damaged product and your order number. We’ll resolve it as quickly as possible.
Incorrect Address
Please provide the correct shipping address at checkout. If the parcel is forwarded/redirected after leaving our warehouse, we are not responsible if it gets lost, stolen, or damaged.
